• Fenn Designers were commissioned to develop the entire master plan for the site.
• The project will be developed in phases;
• Phase one included exhibition halls, 20 storey office, restaurants and a sky walk link to the newly open mass transit station

• Phase two is the renovation of the current exhibition halls
• Future phases include purpose built conference centre, hotel , office and other
• supporting facilities.

• The 20 storey, 28,000 sq.m  office building is directly linked to the mass transit station. It includes facilities to service the exhibition centre, but is also a hub for other corporate offices.

• Built as part of this big development architecture of the office towers has a distinguished character. It is modern, with a building envelope that stands out from the horizontal mass of the exhibition halls.

• The  building has very  efficient  floor plates, latest technologies and communication systems and is designed to the Thai green design guidelines (TREES).
