The mid rise residential development is located in the proximity of Bangkok River. The long narrow site and the access presented challenges that required creative approach to the concept design.
To deal with these challenges as well as enjoying strong visual connections to the river and the city skyline, articulations, change of planes and setbacks were used to define the building form. The result was a building form with unique iconic architecture. All units were orientated in such a way that all receive adequate direct sun and filtered daylight.
To achieve well-integrated, attractive residential development, the transitional area between buildings and the public realm accommodate cafes, restaurants and shopping. All residential parking and loading is below grade.
