Fenn Designers Project |  Museum & Exhibition Hall India is a commercial development in Gurgaon , New Delhi India. A 16,000 square meters offices and retail space in addition to an art & exhibition centre.
The site has an irregular shape and narrow sections, large frontage to 2 main roads and access to the mass transit system.

The challenge was to define the mix of uses to achieve a quick return on investment and to create an address on the main roads of this new satellite town.
To ensure that the retail and restaurants components would work in an office environment we added uses that mainly attract people at night, entertainment venues and art and exhibition halls.

The architecture concept of this complex is  a fusion of vernacular and contemporary Indian
architecture elements, The courtyard, the linear symmetries and the purity of forms.
We articulated the various building blocks to form a hub around the plaza facing the main road thus giving the exhibition hall a major presence on the main road.
With its dynamic LED façade it exposes the internal activities to the public.
