Rabat Private Development Morocco
Located in Rabat "la ville Verte" where the ratio of green by inhabitant is higher than that of WHO. We started the journey on this project aiming to create:
A mixed use development that transcend the need of individual uses to achieve an overall coherence and produce long term values,
A community of private villas, apartments and commercial buildings nestled into lush landscaped open space and gardens
A residential zone laced in series of lagoons and dynamic water feature to create a cooling atmosphere of tranquility, culminating in the opulence of the club house.
A walkable , live-work-play community that supports a lifestyle composed of a sensible mix of residential, retail, commercial and office |
We created a development where over 65% of the land is open space
Courtyards, central park, cluster pocket parks, trails, jogging track, exercise stations all form the fabric that gel the building together. Green, native trees, water cooling feature, are used as much for creating a peaceful beautiful environment as well as element for sustainable design.
The courtyard buildings form was used in the planning and architecture of this project because it is the right response to the local climate, site conditions and cultural peculiarities. The courtyard architecture is the perfect microclimatic form for Rabat, it provides all the privacy needed for the family life, is very adaptable to modern forms and their articulation and is the perfect solution to noise and pollution from the main road.
