DKS Regional Office Thailand
We were commissioned to undertake Architectural Design for a 50,000 sq.m. new office building for Diethelm (DKS) New Regional Office in Thailand. The goal was to integrate 6 satellite offices under "one roof" and to create a more coherent
working environment.
The nature of the client’s business is a larger part of work is done in teams and in group areas; working out of the office or telecommuting. However bringing people together in one place so that communication and idea generating can happen easily, and still designing an efficient space required a new approach to office design.

Sweeping communal spaces that double as work space for people who work in and out off the office.
Meeting rooms with access point that are multi purpose (training, seminars, work stations)
Canteen that double up as workshops and for informal meetings.
The state of the art technologies were an excellent tool to help make the space flexible and adaptable.
The glazed building envelope and the atrium ensured sufficient daylight to all the internal work scapes
