Fenn Designers project the Park Gurgaon is located in Gurgaon,  a new satellite town outside New Delhi in India.
The brief calls for a very flexible floor plate to accommodate tenants with high IT requirements and a need for large social spaces.

After careful analysis the site and the client requirement, the design intent was to develop an
office complex around a vibrant “Urban Garden”  for social networking, gathering of the  young generation that form the majority of the working force here.

We created a built environment that not only is efficient and commercially viable but also one that adds to the urban context in which it exists. The architecture of the office buildings is a definition of clarity and order. Emphasis has been put on ensuring that the selection of materials satisfies the overall building concept of sleek modern office building while respecting the sustainability
criteria defined.

The urban Plaza acts as a focal point that links all parts of the project, an active dynamic space that allows the office complex users to interact during the day time and an entertainment hub at night.
