The zoning was driven by the following principles: Minimise land cut and fill and use natural topography. Locate education zone along the road to create an address and ease of access. Position LRC along main pedestrian spine to encourage better use of the facility. Centralise the two Canteens between sport zone and education zone. Link all zones through a network of covered walkways. Maximise North/South Orientation for all buildings. Car free campus with access ring road access and parking at the periphery of the site.
