มนุษย์ป่วย สัตว์ป่วย หรือ พืชป่วย น่าจะเป็นเรื่องปรกติ ที่เราคุ้นเคยเป็นอย่างดี แต่เรากำลังพูดถึง อาคารป่วย คงมีคำถามตามมามากมาย อาคารคอนกรีต อาคารเหล็ก อาคารไม้ ป่วยเป็นเหรอ? ใครจะเป็นหมอรักษาอาคารป่วยได้ จะวินิจฉัยโรคได้อย่างไร อะไรคือสาเหตุทำให้อาคารเหล่านี้ป่วย จะเอายาอะไรให้อาคารกินดี ยาแผนปัจจุบัน หรือยาแผนโบราญ ถ้าป่วยหนักๆ จะเอาเข้าเครื่องสแกนเพื่อวินิจฉัยโรดได้อย่างไร เมืองไทยยังไม่ถือเอาเรื่องอาคารป่วยมาเป็นสาระสำคัญ อาการป่วยของอาคารแท้จริงแล้วเป็นเรื่องใหญ่หลวงมาก หลายตนคงนึกไม่ถึง อาคารป่วยได้จาก ภายในอาคาร และจาก ภายนอกอาคาร พอสรุปโดยสังเขปได้ว่า อาการป่วยภายนอกอาคาร ประกอบด้วย อุณหภูมิที่แตกต่างในแต่ละช่วงเวลา ช่วงฤดู (Seasonal) รังสีที่แผ่มาจากบรรยากาศ (Ultra Violet) และรังสีที่แผ่มาจากใต้ดิน (Radon) ความชื้นจากบรรยากาศ (Ambiance Moisture) จากน้ำค้าง จากน้ำฝน จากหมอก จากหิมะ และลูกเห็บ การเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของโลก เช่น แผ่นดินไหว พายุ น้ำท่วม และดินทรุดตัว เป็นต้น อาการป่วยที่เกิดจากภายในอาคาร เป็นผลพวงที่ตามมาจากการก่อสร้าง ทำให้เกิดปัญหาภายหลัง เช่นอาคารทรุดตัว อันเนื่องจากปัญหาของฐานราก การที่คาน …
